Designed with comfort and safety in mind, our state-of-the-art apartments feature a contemporary design offering beautiful views of our lakes, surrounding landscape gardens, and wildlife. All apartments showcase high ceilings and natural light. One- and two-bedroom suites are available, as well as studio apartments. And all include an attached kitchenette.

Common spaces include contemporary living and dining spaces, including a pub, library, game room, courtyards, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace. All are designed to create opportunities for residents to engage and socialize with each other.

TRADITIONAL ASSISTED LIVING can be the perfect solution for older adults who are not able to manage living on their own, but do not yet require extensive medical care provided through skilled nursing. Our staff can provide 24-hour assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, and hygiene, offering a middle ground between independent living and skilled nursing care. MEMORY SUPPORT CARE has been a cornerstone service at The Renaissance. Led by a Certified Dementia Practitioner, we offer numerous programming for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other symptoms of dementia. Our memory support community includes an increased level of professional staffing, in a secured home-like environment, providing you with peace of mind knowing that your loved one is always safe and secure. Residents can also spend a relaxing afternoon outdoors with family and friends in our beautiful enclosed courtyard.
