The Health Center Skilled Nursing

Onsite at the Renaissance Retirement Campus, the Health Center is the ideal choice for individuals who require ongoing medical care with physician oversight, yet do not require hospitalization.

Personal caregivers know each resident by name and are able to respond quickly to their changing needs. Teams are composed of all areas of expertise, including, but not limited to administration, nursing, activities, and dietary staff.

Diane Banning - Sales Manager

“I have the privilege of helping people decide that the Renaissance is the place they want to call home!” In her role of Independent Living Sales Manager at the Renaissance Retirement Campus, Diane Banning meets with prospective residents and assists them throughout the decision-making process and move-in.

Mary Teconchuk - Admissions Coordinator

As admissions coordinator at the Renaissance Health Center, Mary develops relationships with patients, families, hospital case managers, and health care professionals. She provides assistance and support throughout the resident admissions process. Mary joined Eliza Jennings in 2015. She has nearly 15 years of experience in long-term care admissions and social services. Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Mercyhurst University, Erie, PA.

Amanda Ritchie, LNHA - Administrator

Administrator Amanda Ritchie is a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) and oversees skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation services, and assisted living at the Renaissance Retirement Campus. Amanda joined the Renaissance in 2002 and previously held the positions of director of life enrichment for the Health Center and assisted living, and director of wellness for independent living, prior to completing the Administrator-In-Training (AIT) program on Campus. Amanda has an Associate of Arts Degree in public administration from Lorain County Community College. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in non-profit administration and Certificate of Public Management from Cleveland State University.
