Our staff can provide 24-hour assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, medication management, and hygiene offering a middle ground between independent living and skilled nursing care.

The Health Center Skilled Nursing
Onsite at the Renaissance Retirement Campus, the Health Center is the ideal choice for individuals who require ongoing medical care with physician oversight, yet do not require hospitalization.
Personal caregivers know each resident by name and are able to respond quickly to their changing needs. Teams are composed of all areas of expertise, including, but not limited to administration, nursing, activities, and dietary staff.
