Located on the Renaissance campus, Carol B. Hall is the perfect solution for older adults who are not able to manage living on their own, but do not yet require extensive medical care provided through skilled nursing. Our staff can provide 24-hour assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, and hygiene, offering a middle ground between independent living and skilled nursing care.
Onsite at the Renaissance Retirement Campus, the Health Center is the ideal choice for individuals who require ongoing medical care with physician oversight, yet do not require hospitalization.
At the Renaissance you are surrounded by only the best. Our skilled nursing households are established to create a sense of community. We offer a fully-stocked kitchen, and open living spaces that help to create an environment of relaxation. Resident activities and programs are crafted within each household around each resident’s preferences and individual choices.
Personal caregivers know each resident by name and are able to respond quickly to their changing needs. Teams are composed of all areas of expertise, including, but not limited to administration, nursing, activities, and dietary staff.

We offer the most advanced rehabilitation methods and a full range of therapies that promote continued independence and offer a fulfilling future for older adults. Our patients come to us with a various neurological, muscular-skeletal, orthopedic, and other debilitating medical conditions.
It is the goal of our non-staff physicians and registered nurses to ensure the improvement, and return to independence and self-sufficiency for the older adults we serve.

As admissions coordinator at the Renaissance Health Center, Mary develops relationships with patients, families, hospital case managers, and health care professionals. She provides assistance and support throughout the resident admissions process. Mary joined Eliza Jennings in 2015. She has nearly 15 years of experience in long-term care admissions and social services. Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Mercyhurst University, Erie, PA.

Administrator Amanda Ritchie is a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) and oversees skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation services, and assisted living at the Renaissance Retirement Campus. Amanda joined the Renaissance in 2002 and previously held the positions of director of life enrichment for the Health Center and assisted living, and director of wellness for independent living, prior to completing the Administrator-In-Training (AIT) program on Campus. Amanda has an Associate of Arts Degree in public administration from Lorain County Community College. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in non-profit administration and Certificate of Public Management from Cleveland State University.
